Seems like the worst idea to move to a baseball stadium for more capacity for playoffs or derby when the fan experience will be worse and team is used to their home turf. As a Founding Member I really hope that’s not a thing.
Just make the stadium 30K then. Or design it so it's expandable upto 30K. 25K doesn't leave any room for growth at all, and is just going to mean super expensive tickets, because of demand.
